These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wallflower Collective website and the products and services available through it.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wallflower Collective. "You" and "your" refer to anyone accessing our website or purchasing our products or services.

By using our website, you agree to these terms where applicable. Additional terms may apply to specific products, bookings, courses or services and will be provided where relevant.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.

Product descriptions, photographs, colours and other visual representations are provided to help you understand what is being offered. Actual colours and appearances may vary due to lighting, screen settings, hair characteristics and individual customisation.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors, update information and withdraw products or services where appropriate.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for misleading information or limits your statutory rights.

Orders and Payments

All prices will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, prices will be shown in pounds sterling (£).

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout.

We may use third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process payments securely. Your payment may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms.

An order confirmation does not remove any legal obligations that apply to the contract. We will communicate any material issues affecting an order as appropriate.

Where a payment plan or deposit is offered, the applicable terms will be provided before payment.

Wig Sales and Bespoke Orders

We offer wigs and related hair products, which may include ready-to-wear, made-to-order and bespoke items.

Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, measurements, colours, lengths, densities and other specifications before placing an order.

Where a bespoke wig is created using the customer's individual specifications, the final result may vary slightly due to the characteristics of the hair, colour processing and the nature of handmade or customised work.

We will make reasonable efforts to achieve the agreed specifications.

Any applicable cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.

Hair Services and Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked through the booking methods provided by us.

Some services may require a consultation, patch test, hair assessment, deposit or other preparation before the appointment.

You are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to your appointment, including previous colour treatments, chemical processes, allergies and relevant hair history.

We reserve the right to recommend an alternative service or decline a treatment where we reasonably believe it would be unsuitable or unsafe.

Appointment deposits, cancellations, rescheduling and missed appointments will be governed by the booking terms provided at the time of booking, subject to applicable consumer law.

Education and Digital Products

Educational products and services are intended to support learning and professional development.

They may include recorded videos, live teaching, downloadable resources, demonstrations and written materials.

Access arrangements, course duration, attendance requirements and any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing an educational product does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit its content.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website belongs to Wallflower Collective or is used with appropriate permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Logos and branding.

- Photographs and videos.

- Educational materials.

- Course content and demonstrations.

- Written guides and downloadable resources.

- Website copy, graphics and other original content.

You may access and use purchased educational materials for your own permitted learning purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share access to, publish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a course or download does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security or functionality, attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts, or use our content unlawfully.

You must not use our website to transmit malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity or infringe the rights of others.

We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, business and customers from misuse.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use external services, including booking, payment and social media platforms.

We do not control all aspects of these third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

We are not responsible for third-party content or services to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude liability where we are legally responsible.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where you purchase products or services as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

If you purchase services for business purposes, additional legal considerations may apply.

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, provided we comply with our legal obligations.

Where an event affects a booking, order or course, we will communicate with affected customers and consider appropriate arrangements in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that these policies are available for you to review. Any consent required by law will be obtained separately where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our business, products, services or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on our website with its latest revision date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory legal protections applicable to your circumstances.
