Last updated: 28 October 2026

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Wallflower Collective and Wallflower Wigs. Please read our refund, returns and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order or booking a service.

This policy operates alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Wig Sales

Ready-to-Wear Wigs

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about a ready-to-wear wig purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to your statutory rights and the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

- The wig must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

- The lace must remain uncut and unaltered.

- The wig must be returned with its original packaging, tags and any included accessories.

- The wig must be free from styling products, perfume, smoke, odours and other signs of use.

Due to the personal nature of wigs and hairpieces, we reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return where a lawful exemption applies, including where goods have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and are unsuitable for return once unsealed.

Please contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.

Bespoke, Customised and Made-to-Order Wigs

Wigs that are made to your individual specifications, including bespoke colour work, cutting, styling or other personalisation, may be exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right where they qualify as personalised or custom-made goods under UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a wig is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of consumer law.

Please ensure you are happy with your selected colour, length, density and other specifications before confirming your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your wig arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory rights will apply. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under UK consumer law.

We will not exclude or restrict your legal rights because a wig has been worn where wearing it was reasonably necessary to identify a fault.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage where this was made clear before purchase.

Where an item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise eligible for a remedy under consumer law, we will meet the applicable legal obligations regarding return costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit where the risk remains with the sender.

Online Education and Digital Products

Wallflower Collective Education may offer online courses, masterclasses, educational videos, downloadable resources, guides and other digital products.

Digital Downloads

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, refunds are not ordinarily offered once a download has been supplied and the customer has accessed or downloaded the content, where the customer has requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of their statutory cancellation right.

When purchasing a digital download, you will be asked to provide the relevant consent and acknowledgement where required.

If you have not agreed to immediate supply and the applicable cancellation period has not expired, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights where digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

Online Courses and Recorded Masterclasses

For online courses and recorded masterclasses, cancellation rights depend on the type of content purchased and when access begins.

Where a course consists of digital content supplied immediately, we will obtain the necessary consent and acknowledgement before providing access if doing so affects your cancellation rights.

Where a course includes live teaching, scheduled sessions or other services, the applicable cancellation rights may differ.

Once access has commenced, refunds will not be offered simply because a customer has changed their mind where the law permits the exclusion of the cancellation right.

This does not affect any rights you may have where the course or service is faulty, not provided as agreed or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

In-Person Education and Masterclasses

Bookings for in-person education, workshops and masterclasses are subject to the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for a refund.

- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable, except where required by law.

- Places may be transferred to another suitable date or attendee at our discretion, subject to availability.

These booking terms do not remove any statutory rights that apply to your booking.

If Wallflower Collective cancels an event, customers will be offered an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement, as applicable.

Payment Plans and Deposits

Where a deposit or payment plan is offered, the payment terms will be displayed before purchase.

Deposits are not automatically non-refundable in every circumstance. Any deposit retained following cancellation must be consistent with the applicable contract terms and consumer law.

If you pay through a third-party payment provider, its payment terms may also apply.
